6. Changes and cancellations

Changing Sessions

Changes should only be made in exceptional circumstances. Once the booklet has gone to the marketing department then details for your session cannot be rectified in these.

There are over 10,000 booklets distributed to all international students, new students, and across campus; not all people check the website so changes can reflect badly on yourselves as a society, the Union, and the Give it a Go programme.

If you believe that you need to make a change to any detail of your session, you must email giag@leeds.ac.uk ASAP.

Cancellations

Cancellations should only be made in exceptional circumstances and where there is no alternative (like postponing).

Failure to give more than 48 hours notice without good reason, or failure to attend a session will result in disciplinary action from the Activities Exec.
