What is expected from your members? For example, suitable/specific clothing.
How will your members be looked after? You get this from your Risk Assessment. For example, are you doing a warm up to make sure people don't strain themselves by not being prepared, are you providing a qualified coach to run your sessions?
The document should answer any questions people are likely to have about your club or society.
