Incident Reporting

The most important thing to remember is to deal with any incident as effectively as possible at the time it happens.

It is however really important that any incidents, hazards and near misses are reported to LUU, regardless of whether an injury was sustained, at an appropriate time after the incident. This is not so that blame can be placed, but to ensure that the same circumstances are not repeated.

There is guidance and a form to help when reporting an incident. Please contact activities@leeds.ac.uk
