Take time out to unwind through an introductory yoga session delivered by InnerSense, and enjoy a fresh smoothie social afterwards, providing an opportunity to chat to fellow residents with similar interests to yourself.

Whether this is your first yoga experience or you’re a regular, come down to the common room and unwind.
