Nightline

Nightline is a listening and information service run by students, for students. Our highly trained volunteer are available on the phone from 8pm until 8am, and on IM 8pm-midnight, every night of term.

Nightline is an anonymous, non-advisory telephone listening and information service run by trained student volunteers for students at the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds Trinity, Leeds College of Music, Leeds College of Art, the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, University of Law (Leeds Campus), Backstage Academy (Wakefield) and other higher education institutions in Leeds. We offer confidential listening and information to all students studying in Leeds.

The phone lines are open from 8pm until 8am every night of term including weekends – you can find our number on the back of your student cards. They are 0113 380 1381 for our listening service and 0113 380 1380 for our information service.

We also offer e-listening online with Instant Messaging that runs from 8pm until midnight via our website www.leedsnightline.co.uk or you can email us at listening@leedsnightline.co.uk
