Its hybridised heritage of soft and hard styles, makes it adaptable for anybody in many situations. This includes attacks by much larger opponents, multiple attackers and in ambush scenarios - making Wing Chun one of the most practical and popular self-defence systems in the world.

  • Wing Chun is suitable for both men and women of all ages and body types, this fighting system gives everyone the ability to protect themselves. It is easy to learn and can be used to create your own fighting style as well as developing any skills you may already have.
