For help in dealing with loss and bereavement The Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust have produced an excellent self help booklet for bereavement that you can access here.
Cruse provides advice, information and support to anyone who has been bereaved. You can call the Nation Helpline on 0844 477 9400 from 9.30am to 5.00pm on Mondays and Fridays, and from 9.30am to 8.00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays or you can email email@example.com
