Gamblock this is a paid software package that you can use to block or manage your access to sites.
K9 Web Protection is free software that can block or restrict access to websites. It has multiple functions such as time restrictions and SafeSearch for search engines. It's compatiable for Windows and Apple computers and also iOS and Android apps.
Speak to venues that you attend to gamble to ask for support.
