Details of our Love to Lead programme.
We are delighted to present our Love to Lead Programme. Over 8 months we have designed a series of activities to support you to grow and develop your skills as leaders. Our Strategic Plan is our most ambitious ever and this investment in leadership capacity is key to its successful delivery. We are looking forward to joining you all on this journey, making new connections and trying out new ideas.
The programme comprises of four mandatory half day modules connected to the four strands of our Leadership Performance framework Inspiring Performance Management, Enriching the Customer Experience, Driving and Managing Change and Empowering our teams through digital. To compliment the modules, you will also belong to a Peer group whom you will meet with to share your learning after each module. In addition to this you will be invited to complete othe learning and make new connections across LUU.
Each of the modules will run over a half day and will be delivered by memebers of our Senior Management group. Details of each of the modules can be found below:
Inspiring Performance Management
Led by Antonia Frezza and Harpreet Singh
Participants will build on their understanding of performance management in LUU and develop skills in measuring performance and having crucial conversations.
Enriching the Customer Experience
Led by Lou Hallworth and Karen Bradley
Participants will explore why service is important and understand what great service looks like in LUU, participants will develop their skills in delivery of service and resolving conflict.
Driving and Managing Change
Led by Aidan Grills
Participants will understand the key people skills needed to manage change in an organisation and develop skills in influencing and lobbying.
Empower our teams through Digital
Led by Jasper Hegarty-Ditton and Nick Barker
Participants will understand LUU's Digital vision and strategy, learn about ways of digital working in LUU and develop skills they can share with their teams.
