All staff at LUU are placed on a pay scale when they join.
LUU recognises that staff who have been with us for a while will have improved in their job, so to reward this staff progress up the pay scale each year. Staff receive an additional increment until they reach the top of their grade. Discretionary increments may also be available to staff once they reach the top of their grade.
As of August 2011 LUU will be using Independent Pay Bargaining with the Trade Unions to agree an annual cost of living pay increase.
If you believe that you have been overpaid it is your responsibility to let your Manager know immediately!
