The activities below are available for all staff. There’s a range of options available to best suit your learning style including training workshops, University development courses and books. Most of the cost of the training is met by LUU’s central training budget.

From 1 March 2013 anyone who attends an interview panel at LUU will need to have completed some training on recruitment and selection. Take the training here. This e-learning training takes approx 2 hours to complete. There is a short test at the end, of which you must get 80% to pass. Please print out the certificate and send to HR as evidence of completing the module.
We also run training sessions for members of LUU staff wanting to become an assessor to assist with selecting candidates in our assessment centres. Speak to your Manager first, then sign up to a training session below.
