High Fliers Research works, in association with The Times newspaper, to produce a variety of research focusing upon graduates and graduate recruitment. In February, we will be conducting our annual national research project The Times Final Year Student Survey 2018. This project will entail interviewing nearly 20,000 final-year students, from the top 30 universities in the UK, about their job-hunting activities. It is the biggest survey of its kind in Europe, and the results will be used by the UK’s leading graduate employers to help develop their recruitment strategies.



High Fliers Research, in association with The Times newspaper requires finalists from this University to be Interviewers for The Times Final Year Student Survey in February 2018. The role will entail conducting 20-minute well-paid questionnaires with friends and peers in their final year, in order to understand the job aspirations and expectations of university students. All of your work will take place in the space of one week in February 2018 and is completely flexible around your own schedule. Taking on this role will mean you are involved in the biggest survey of its kind conducted in the UK, where over 20,000 students from the top 30 universities are interviewed within 7 days. The research is used by the UK’s biggest graduate employers to improve their future graduate recruitment strategies. Successful applicants will receive a full reference upon completion of the role. This can significantly enhance your CV by demonstrating time management, organizational and planning skills (important for interviews and job applications). You will also be provided with some freebies!

What skills are required?

- Excellent communication skills - Contacts with any final year students - Strong level of organisation and time management

Rate of Pay

£75 with the possibility of earning an extra £15



Shift Pattern/Hours

All interviews will take place in one week in February 2018
