We are a world award-winning unique international air tour operator, specialising in providing holidays for blind and sighted customers who travel together with us to interesting world destinations (Traveleyes-international.com). Our sighted customers travel at a considerable price reduction in return for ‘providing the eyes’ for the blind travellers.
Creating holiday information packs for customers and tour managers
Researching holiday destinations, creating itineraries, identifying and building relationships with suppliers, establishing T&Cs, checking quotations etc.
Providing excellent customer management at all levels such as: Collating and maintaining customer information, responding to enquiries, taking bookings, managing customer accounts, updating and analysing customer information.
Other admin related tasks.
What skills are required?
Excellent IT skills, especially in the area of Microsoft packages and internet research
Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
A capacity to maintain excellence through close attention to detail
Other languages would be an advantage
Hours to be agreed, between 8 - 30hrs per week dependent on Uni semesters
Traveleyes office is based in Headingley/Kirkstall area
